Payment and Shipping 

Medical Devices (U.S. Only):
Kimplant USA ships medical devices only within the United States.
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on package weight, typically ranging from $12 to $20 per order. Applicable taxes are charged according to state regulations.
All medical device orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 3–8 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent directly to the customer via text message from USPS.
의료기기 제품은 미국 내에서만 주문 및 배송이 가능합니다.
배송 및 취급 수수료는 무게에 따라 주문당 $12–$20으로 부과되며, 주별 세금 규정에 따라 세금이 적용됩니다.

Books are available for worldwide shipping.

• Orders from the United States, Canada, and Mexico are fulfilled directly by Kimplant USA (United States).
• Orders from other countries are fulfilled by our official partner, KIMPLANT (Republic of Korea).

Shipping fees vary by region and typically range from $30 to $50 per order, depending on the destination country. Delivery times may vary depending on international shipping conditions.

Return & Refund Policy

No Returns Policy
Due to infection control and safety regulations, Kimplant USA does not accept returns or exchanges for medical devices once the order has been shipped.
All sales of medical devices are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
파손, 불량, 오배송 등의 상품을 받으신 경우, 배송일로부터 3일 이내에 연락주시기 바랍니다.
